How Diva Bootcamp works

Outdoors

Diva Bootcamp is held outdoors Monday, Wednesday, Friday each week at 5:30 AM & 9:15 AM (except major holidays i.e. July 4th).

 

New Evening Class starting April 4th at 6:30

Groups of 3+ women interested in starting a group, please contact Diva Bootcamp.

 

Locations rotate weekly. We are often getting sweaty in the city of Richmond and near West End.

My approach to fitness and wellness is through a whole body and mind outlook. Wellness, health, and fitness are more than numbers on a scale, but ways of life. Wellness is a realistic balanced life of activity, function and positive attitude so that we may experience life in optimal health. One day at a time, one step at a time towards success and healthy living.

As a Personal Trainer and a Massage Therapist, I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals and feel their best. I utilize my fascination with anatomy, kinesiology, and my love for living a fit healthy life in both personal training and massage therapy.

I’m blessed to do what I do and very grateful to my clients for letting me live my passion, and assisting them in their journey towards their own fitness goals, health, and wellbeing.
